End User License Agreement

The Pension Deductions app is a software product that is licensed for your use. This software product is protected by copyright laws and treaties applicable to all forms of intellectual property. Pension Deductions LLC, Pension Deductions app and the website www.pensiondeductions.com are hereby referred to as Pension Deductions. You or your company as the licensee's are hereby referred as to as ‘you’ and are bound by all terms of this End User License Agreement (herein referred to as an Agreement)

By seeking to ‘connect ‘with our app, you agree to all terms of this agreement. You can choose to not connect and use our app if you do not agree to our terms and conditions.

This Agreement allows you to use the Pension Deductions app (subject to the privacy policy as stated).

To use our app, you do not pay any fees to Pension Deductions. Our app calculates a preliminary estimate of the contributions that can be made to a defined benefit plan by you. You can then contact us to get more detailed analysis performed. We partner with other third party actuarial consulting firms to provide such analysis. These third party firms may charge you their fees as applicable. Pension Deductions shall not be responsible for any payment made to such third party firms.

Our app does not collect or seek to collect your credit card or bank account information. Our app is purely for informational purposes and the calculations should not be relied upon for accuracy. Your individual tax situation may be different and it is not possible to personalize the results of the app to suit each individual’s personal situation. Pension Deductions makes no warranties explicit or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose other than as described in this agreement.

Pension Deductions recommends that you seek the advice of a financial professional or a tax advisor before establishing a pension plan. You bear the sole responsibility and all liability for any loss incurred due to acting upon the information provided by our app. Pension Deductions will under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any financial loss incurred by you. Pension Deductions provides information about only one type of pension plan. This plan may or may not be suitable for your current situation or circumstances or future circumstances. By providing these calculations Pension Deductions is not recommending this plan for you. Under no circumstances shall Pension Deductions, its directors, officers, employees or agents be liable to you or any other party for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind from the use of this app.

If the Pension Deductions app is not satisfactory, Pension Deductions shall not be in any position to reimburse you in any kind because we did not charge you any fee and made no guarantees that this product seeks to satisfy all users. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and further by the Laws of Delaware.
